Will I need to pay tariffs or customs fees?

All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Tariffs, duties and import fees are already included in your checkout total. For countries where VAT or sales tax applies (such as the EU or UK), it is also collected at checkout, so you won’t be charged anything extra on delivery.

Most regular and discounted items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, in their original packaging and meet our return conditions. Pierced earrings, custom products, and items marked as final sale or clearance, as well as gift cards, are non-returnable. A small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 3-7 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If you haven’t received it after 15 business days, please contact us with your order details and we’ll be happy to assist.
