Section 1 ｜Gift Customization
Designed for meaningful gifting and personal expression.
Gift customization is offered at no additional cost on selected pieces.
A delicate heart-shaped mini charm
will be added to the clasp end when customized.
Up to four English letters may be laser engraved, in either uppercase or lowercase.
Symbols and special characters are not supported.
More customization styles will be introduced in the future.
Section 2｜Bulk & Original Customization
For brands, projects, and original designs requiring larger quantities, bulk and original customization are available with a minimum order of 100 pieces.
A one-time mold fee of USD 200–500 per design applies, based on production complexity.
The estimated production timeline is 4–5 months, and shipping costs are calculated separately.
