1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a purchase or creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party.

 

2. Products & Handcrafted Nature

Ore3 Jewelry specializes in independently designed and handcrafted jewelry. Due to the handmade and artisanal nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, finish, enamel tone, or shape may occur. Product appearance may also differ due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or device differences.

These normal handmade variations are not considered defects and do not qualify as a basis for a return, refund, exchange, or chargeback.

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos. Claims submitted after this period may be declined.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, availability, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

 

3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Ore3 Jewelry reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation is issued. Once an order is accepted, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

Purchases are for personal use only and may not be resold or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

 

4. Product Availability & Partial Fulfillment

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that fulfillment may be subject to product availability and that partial fulfillment with a refund for unavailable items may occur.
All orders are subject to product availability. While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory information, availability may change due to production limitations, supplier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

In the event that one or more items in an order become unavailable after purchase, Ore3 Jewelry reserves the right to fulfill the available items and issue a refund for the unavailable portion of the order.

Refunds for unavailable items will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

This refund shall constitute the sole and exclusive remedy for unavailable items. Ore3 Jewelry shall not be liable for any additional compensation, replacement, delay-related claims, or damages arising from partial fulfillment or product unavailability.

 

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Delivery & Returns Policy. In the event of any inconsistency, the Delivery & Returns Policy shall prevail.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order and require prior authorization. Approved returns must be delivered to the designated warehouse within 30 days of receipt.

For all approved returns and exchanges, a US$8 restocking and handling fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

The following items are non-returnable: pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons); customized, engraved, or special-order items (unless defective or incorrect); final-sale items including products discounted by 30% or more; clearance or end-of-season items; gift cards; gift wrapping fees and gift wrap add-ons.

Exchanges are processed by returning the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order. Items sent back without prior approval may be refused.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.

 

6. Pricing, Taxes, VAT & Duties

All prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping charges unless explicitly stated.

Value Added Tax (VAT) may be added at checkout depending on your shipping destination. Certain orders are shipped as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) or fall within duty-free thresholds, meaning no additional duties are required upon delivery. Tax treatment may vary by destination.

 

7. Shipping & Delivery

Outbound shipments: Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Return shipments: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and associated risks. Approved returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or held by customs during return transit.

 

8. Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence so we may review and resolve the issue.

 

9. Jewelry Care & Safety

Avoid strong impacts, chemicals, or prolonged exposure to moisture. Keep jewelry away from young children to prevent accidental swallowing. Store pieces separately to avoid scratches or color transfer. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a professional.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including but not limited to text, images, product designs, logos, graphics, videos, and website layout, is the exclusive property of Ore3 Jewelry or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

 

11. Third-Party Services & Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We do not control or endorse such third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

 

12. Shopify Platform Disclaimer

Ore3 Jewelry is hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides the technical platform only and is not responsible for any aspect of sales, products, payments, or disputes between you and Ore3 Jewelry.

 

13. User Feedback

Any feedback, reviews, or suggestions you submit may be used by Ore3 Jewelry for lawful purposes, including marketing and service improvement, without compensation. You confirm that you own or have the rights to the content you submit.
