Return Policy
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns shipped after 30 days or without approval will not be accepted. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase when returning any item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. US or International return shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
For all approved returns and exchanges, a $8 restocking and handling fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Approved returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method. Use the provided return label to send the item to the appropriate warehouse.
We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or held by customs during return transit.
Jewelry-Specific Conditions
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including all packaging and tags.
Customized, engraved, or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering will not be refunded.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days with photos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons) and custom products such as special-order or personalized items.
Discounted items are non-returnable when they fall under our "final-sale" category, including:

・Clearance or end-of-season items
Gift cards, gift wrapping fees, and gift wrap add-ons are non-returnable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
Items sent back without prior exchange approval will not be accepted. Please use a trackable shipping method for all exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If you haven't received it after 15 business days, please contact us.
Items returned without original packaging, missing components, or showing signs of wear may be subject to partial refunds or refusal.
