Returns & Exchanges
We are dedicated to providing high-quality handcrafted jewelry and a smooth shopping experience.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, please contact us at ore3jewelry@gmail.com.
Once your return request is approved, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label. The returned item must be delivered to our designated return address within 30 days from the date the label is issued. Please use this label to return the item to the closest available return address (domestic or international):

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, including any free gifts, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items sent back without prior authorization or without using the provided return label will not be accepted.
For U.S. and Japan domestic returns, an $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. For international returns (outside the U.S. and Japan), a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted. All returns must use the provided prepaid return label.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days with photos if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
Items sent back without prior exchange approval will not be accepted. Please use a trackable shipping method for all exchanges, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note it may take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If you haven’t received it after 15 business days, please contact us at ore3jewelry@gmail.com.
Items returned without original packaging, missing components, or showing signs of wear may be subject to partial refunds or refusal.
Important Notice
・VAT, customs duties, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
・Any customs duties, taxes, or handling charges incurred when returning items are the responsibility of the customer.
・We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit or delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.
・We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
